Do you use automatic image tracing?
No. We manually reconstruct vector artwork to preserve the original design and produce clean, editable paths.
Which file formats can I receive?
Depending on your project package, we can deliver AI, EPS, SVG, true vector PDF, and transparent PNG files.
Can you keep my existing logo exactly the same?
Yes. For logo reconstruction projects, our goal is to preserve the approved design, including shapes, proportions, spacing and colors.
Can you prepare artwork for embroidery?
We can prepare embroidery-friendly vector artwork. Machine embroidery digitizing formats such as DST and PES are not included unless separately arranged.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery depends on artwork complexity and project scope. We confirm your estimated turnaround after reviewing the artwork.
Can I request revisions?
Yes. The number of revisions depends on your chosen package. Major changes outside the original scope may require a separate quote.
