Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms to understand how we handle project inquiries, custom vector artwork, revisions, and digital delivery.

Effective date: November 1, 2026
Clear terms. Better projects. These terms explain the general working relationship. Your accepted written quote or project agreement may include additional project-specific details.
01

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing VectorRefine.com, requesting a quote, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or services.

02

Our Services

VectorRefine offers manual logo vectorization, image-to-vector conversion, AI-generated logo cleanup, embroidery vector artwork, SVG conversion, and print-ready artwork preparation. The exact scope, deliverables, file formats, timeline, and price are determined by the written quote or project agreement.

03

Quotes, Orders & Payments

Submitting a form or uploading artwork is an inquiry, not an accepted order. We may review the files and provide a custom quote. Work begins after we confirm the scope and any agreed payment arrangements. Prices shown on the website are indicative unless explicitly confirmed in writing. Any additional work outside the agreed scope may require a revised quote.

04

Client Artwork & Permissions

You retain ownership of artwork and materials you submit, subject to any third-party rights. You confirm that you own the material or have permission to provide it for editing. You grant VectorRefine a limited permission to access, reproduce, and modify submitted materials solely to assess and complete your requested project. We do not claim ownership of your original artwork.

05

Accuracy & Design Changes

Our objective is to recreate or refine artwork according to the agreed brief. Differences may occur because of the quality of supplied files, missing details, print limitations, or technical constraints. Unless expressly included in the quote, a faithful vector redraw does not include a new logo concept, trademark clearance, or brand strategy.

06

Revisions & Scope

The number of revisions and any limits are stated in the accepted quote or package description. Revisions cover adjustments within the original agreed brief. New concepts, substantial redesigns, or changes after approval may be treated as additional work. Please review proofs carefully and consolidate feedback when possible.

07

Delivery & File Compatibility

We deliver the agreed digital files through the communication or delivery method confirmed for your order. Delivery estimates depend on receiving usable reference materials, timely replies, and project complexity. You are responsible for confirming the file formats and production requirements of your printer, embroiderer, cutter, or developer before production. We recommend testing files with the intended production process.

08

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation and refund eligibility depend on the agreed scope, project stage, work already completed, and any written terms confirmed before work begins. Digital custom design work may not be fully refundable once production has started. Contact us promptly if you wish to cancel or report an issue. This section does not limit any non-waivable consumer rights that apply under law.

09

Intellectual Property & Portfolio Use

Once agreed payment obligations are satisfied, you may use the final delivered artwork for the purposes stated in your agreement, subject to the rights you already hold in the source material and any third-party assets. VectorRefine retains its general techniques, tools, and pre-existing materials. We will not publish your confidential project artwork in a portfolio without your permission.

10

Confidentiality & Privacy

We use project information and uploaded files to evaluate inquiries, communicate, and perform the requested services. Please do not upload sensitive personal information unless it is necessary. Our separate Privacy Policy explains our handling of personal information. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

11

Website Content & External Links

Website descriptions, examples, and estimated turnaround times are provided for general information and may change. The site may contain links to third-party websites. We do not control their content, availability, or policies.

12

Limitations & Disclaimers

We aim to provide professional, accurate artwork, but cannot guarantee that every file will work with every third-party machine, platform, or production workflow without testing. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from website use or use of delivered files. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

13

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions as our services or practices change. The current version will be posted on this page with its effective date. Material changes to an already accepted project should be agreed separately.
