Refund Policy
At VectorRefine, we provide custom manual vector conversion, logo redraw, and print-ready artwork services. Since each project is created based on your artwork and agreed requirements, refund requests are reviewed carefully and fairly.
Our Refund Policy
We offer a refund only if:
- Work on your project has not started yet.
- We are unable to complete your project.
- The delivered artwork does not meet the agreed project requirements and we cannot resolve the issue through revisions.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds are not available if:
- The final files have already been delivered and approved.
- You change your mind after the work is completed.
- You request a different style or a new concept after the original agreed work has been finished.
- The reported issue can be corrected through revisions.
Revisions
We aim to deliver clean, accurate, editable vector artwork. If you notice a minor issue, we will work to correct it through the revisions included in your agreed project scope rather than issue a refund.
File Delivery
Final files may include AI, EPS, SVG, PDF, PNG, or other formats agreed before delivery. Once the final editable or source files have been delivered in accordance with the agreed scope, the project is considered completed.
