Do you use automatic image tracing?
No. Our artwork is manually reconstructed using professional vector drawing techniques. We do not rely on automatic image tracing.
Which package should I choose?
Basic is suitable for simple artwork, Standard for moderately detailed business logos, and Premium for complex artwork. Send your file if you need help choosing.
What file formats will I receive?
Basic includes AI, SVG and PNG. Standard and Premium include AI, EPS, SVG, vector PDF and PNG. All supplied vector files are created as editable vector artwork.
Can I request revisions?
Yes. Basic includes 1 revision, Standard includes 3 revisions, and Premium includes unlimited refinements within the originally approved project scope. Major redesigns are quoted separately.
How long does delivery take?
Basic projects have an estimated 48-hour turnaround, while Standard projects have an estimated 24-hour turnaround. Premium projects receive priority handling. Your exact timeline is confirmed after reviewing the artwork.
Can you prepare artwork for embroidery or printing?
Yes. We can prepare suitable vector artwork for print production and embroidery adaptation. Machine-ready embroidery digitizing files such as DST or PES are separate from vector artwork.
Do you offer custom pricing?
Yes. Complex illustrations, bulk vector conversions, multiple designs and special production requirements can be quoted individually.
